482 TEMPORARY SKILL SHORTAGE VISA
(EMPLOYEE SPONSORSHIP)
This visa enables employers to address labour shortages by bringing in genuinely skilled workers where employers can't source an appropriately skilled Australian. This will require your sponsorship of the worker.
There is an application process that can take several months to complete, however it may result in an employee working with you for 2 years or more. Please click below for more detail.

This visa allows overseas visitors to take part in workplace-based occupational training activities to improve skills for work, in tertiary study, in a field of expertise or in a professional development training program in Australia.
This requires sponsorship and creation of personalised structured training programme for the trainee.
