We can consistently provide (all year round, always available)
'Short to medium term (3-6-12 months), low to medium skill, early career workers, with motivation and plans for personal and career development'
We provide services to a growing network of more than 3,500 employers across Australia.
We provide a steady year round supply of workers / potential employees. This includes a wide range of motivated young students with trade, vocational and academic qualifications, (Diploma, Degree and Masters), and a broad range of skills and workplace experience.
FOR EARLY CAREER WORKERS / EMPLOYEES
Our programmes welcome, set-up, prepare and support young workers for work in rural, outback, tourism and hospitality roles throughout Australia. We provide preparation for work and work placement services, including training, CV / profile preparation, promotion, workplace preparation, job placement and ongoing support services. (This includes 88 day 2nd visa qualification roles)
FARMTRACK - is our pathway to rural, farm and outback work
AUSPITALITY - is our pathway to Hospitality and Tourism work
SECTORS
Rural and Agriculture
We cover all sectors of agriculture, including beef, sheep and other livestock, the equine industries, cropping, machinery operation, mechanical, construction and maintenance, cooking, childcare, domestic and rural hospitality and Agritourism.
Tourism and Hospitality
This includes tourism venues, resorts, islands, attractions, hotels, restaurants, cafe, bar, attractions and activities.
