Next steps.
We have now created a webpage for youThis captures the basic information from your application form, and is intended to give potential employees a clear picture of the business and the environment in which they may be working.
This can be edited at any stage, and we would be grateful to receive any pictures that illustrate and enhance this picture. Photographs of animals, yards, buildings, accommodation, vehicles, infrastructure and of course the team are very welcome.
We will add map images to show the location within Australia and within the region. This saves a huge amount of time when briefing potential employees.
You will receive an email allowing you to set up access to the restricted areas of our website, in particular giving access to the individual profiles and contact details for potential employees.

Our process.
We receive a new group each week, typically anything from 5 to 10 young people from all working holiday countries worldwide. Their profiles, based on their application form and having met and spoken with them are circulated weekly by email.
They are also constantly available on our website, both in a listed summary, on either a NEW WORKERS or a 2ND JOB WORKERS page, and these link to an individual profile page.
We are able to witness, assess and to some extent develop their skills and other attributes while they are with us. We get to know them somewhat, and are able to coach and prepare them for what to expect, what will be expected of them, and how they might apply themselves in order to perform well. We capture this information and are able to report on it, informally, if you need to know more about any individual at any stage.
These potential workers can be contacted via the jobs desk, or in the case of most 2nd job workers, they contact details are available on the individual profile pages. These are password protected.
Registering a vacancy / choosing a worker
You can tell us of the role that you wish to fill at any stage by submitting an online form from the website, giving us a call, sending a text, WhatsApp or email.
You may browse the website at any time and contact any suitable employees from there, or via our jobs desk.
