Header and tractor operator, harvest workers
September 2025
Role is for header driver/chaser bin drivers for our cropping work. Crops include wheat, chickpeas, sorghum. We are north of Moree NSW. Mechanical skills would be good to help maintenance of farm machinery during harvest plus ability or experience driving a header and chaser. (experience is not essential if worker has the ability to learn)
Area Located in north NSW.
Accommodation provided in a 3 bedroom cottage.
During harvest employers often provide lunch and dinner for workers. At other times workers provide their own meals. As of September 2025 the approximate hourly rate is $35/hour (please discuss directly with employer to confirm during the busy harvest season workers could expect up to 12 hours per day.) Working hours will vary on other times based on the weather and daily tasks.
Mobile Service
Telstra doesn't work well in this location, employer will assist workers with alternative network.

Work involves tractor driving while planting and general farm work. It is a broad acre farm planting wheat and chickpeas with 440hp and 300hp tractors. Area Located in north NSW.
Particularly keen on Danish workers.
