Stephany is from Holland.
IN 2023 She completed a degree in Marine Engineering and a Masters in Coastal & Marine Management. Her career will be in this field. She completed her Masters in Iceland and lived there for 2 years.
Her work and related experience includes Sea cadets for 13 years, 2x 5 mth internships on cargo ships, retail work, restaurant, bar and guesthouse work, as a technical engineer on a stern tube sealing company and as a sailing company all-rounder.
RELEVANT SKILLS:
She completed her Masters in Iceland and discovered a passion for (icelandic) horses, so is very keen to take the opportunity to develop this at some stage while she is here. A very keen beginner rider.
Full driving licence, (7 years) enjoys engineering work and maintenance mechanics, has also done some welding and lathe work. Some use of forklifts in ship cargo holds.
PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES AND INTERESTS:
A very bubby character, friendly, outgoing, talks easily to anyone. Well mannered and excellent English.
Here to experience new and different things, loves learning and stretching herself..
Has experience leading and teaching sea cadets. age 10-14. Is a fair to good cook, and enjoys cooking and baking.
Other interests are knitting/ crochet, ice skating, books, ocean and a love of Iceland.
Fit, used to working in professional, demanding and technical environments. 169cm & 72kg
