geNeral information 
General information about the property and the work environment
The property is a livestock grazing business using horses for all mustering and stock movements. it is a family owned and operated farm. The country is undulating rich black basalt. cattle sheep and horses are all bred on the property. there is some fodder cropping done t fill winter feed gaps.

​The farm is generally operated with the help of 2 permanent staff (non-family members) plus the immediate family.

there are 2 other full-time employees on the farm



A summary of your role or typical vacancy
the role is to take care of and manage 6 horses that are involved in the sport of polo. this requires a large amount of riding to get the horses very fit for tournaments as well as feeding/grooming and rugging them daily. There is also some livestock work involved which is generally mustering on the horses and some yard work. the working week is usually 6 days a week.

Living arrangements, accommodation, food, phone signal, internet, transport etc
the farm has a single bedroom apartment with its own kitchen/bathroom. it has mobile signal and also wifi for good internet connection. Public transport is located at Scone (50km from the property. The food is not provided but transport is provided weekly to stock up on supplies.

Pay and conditions etc
$1200/week for a 40hour week.
