'As a station hand my job involved basic repair work to damaged water pipes and vehicles such as tire changes on cattle trailers, washing tractors and replacing guards on graters. Modifications around the station like laying concrete pads and replacing brackets for the molasses pipes on the feeder. The main tasks whilst I've been here has been to muster paddocks, draft the cattle and then help brand, castrate, dehorn the calves over the month of September. To feeding pigs, chickens and potty calves'

(2yrs), managing and maintaining 250 acres as part of a team of 5.
2 years or more experience with driving tractors, off road telehandlers, Gators, ATVs and lawnmowers, so many thousands of hours. Also manual handling jobs, basic fence repairs, tree work and boundary surveys. road repairs and gardening jobs.
Full UK driver's licence. 2 years, and also owned a motorbike for 2 years. Drives tractor regularly for work. Have basic mechanical skills like - prestart checks on work vehicles, checking of oil fluid levels, change tires and oil.
