Summary
Nina is a well travelled young woman from Normandy in North West France.
She completed high school in Chicago and studied for 2 years at the Cleveland conservatory. She is fluent in English. She is a talented orchestra standard musician, specialising in flute (classical and jazz)
She has worked for the last 2 years as a card dealer in casinos in Brittany and in Alsace before coming to Australia.
Here in Australia she has worked for 6 weeks as as a station cook (cooking for 10+) and doing various other duties, with good reports.

Motivation and aims 

Having experienced a little of the outdoor life at Calvert Hills station Nina has made a decision to build up skills and experience in order to do more of it. She hopes to become an all-rounder station hand in time. She is willing to commit to a good period of time to achieve these aims.

Station Cook & All-Round Station Support — Calvert Hills Station, NT/QLD Border

  • Maintained cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, common areas, and accommodation facilities
  • Assisted with general station upkeep and daily operational tasks when required
  • Worked independently under pressure while managing time-sensitive responsibilities
  • Adapted to remote station life, long days, and changing daily priorities

Card Dealer — Blotzheim Casino, France, ​February 2024 – February 2026
  • Managed busy gaming tables in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Experienced in customer service from 2 years of casino work, and experienced as a practical hands on chef from her period as a station cook.
