ABOUT LOCATION AND HOW TO GET THERE
Getting to Newhaven Park is easy. From Sydney, the train departs from Central Station and arrives at Yass Junction, approximately 4 hours from Sydney. We will have one of our staff members collect you from the station and bring you back to the farm.
If you have your own vehicle, we are approximately 4 hours drive from Sydney, taking the Hume Highway. From all other locations, please seek directions on application.
The town of Boorowa is approximately 25-minute drive from the farm and the town of Cowra is approximately 35 minutes. Shopping for groceries and other supplies can be done in either of these towns and there are also some nice cafes and restaurants to eat at. If you do not have a vehicle, access to a vehicle is available on Saturday mornings or there is always someone going to town during the week who you can travel with, if you need to.
Being in the countryside, we are not near the beach, however, Wyangala Dam is only 40 minutes from the farm and this is a great spot to spend an afternoon on your weekend off.
