Cattle Station - Mustering and handling 6000 head of cattle. - Station work - Bores - Fence repairs - Feeding. - All horseback. some sheep
Typical duties
mustering cattle on horseback, yardwork, branding, earmarking, cutting, fencing, basic mechanics, boreruns etc horse handling and riding experienced preferred 1 x Domestic Duties - (position commencing April/May - September) assist around the homestead by cooking 2 days a week for 15+ people, gardening, cleaning, caring of household animals (sheep, poddy calves, chooks and pigs) assisting worth the management of the caravan park and the occasional short term care of two young children ages 3 months and 18 months. Must be good with animals and children. Food handling skills is preferred but not essential.
Living
All meals provided. Phone and internet available (need phone card and no downloading). Vehicle available on station. 1 day off per week.
Travel
Fly to Broome and bus to station. 150km to Halls Creek.
Working conditions and Pay
Start at $110 day - after 2 weeks go to $130 day
