Inside outside all rounder job
I am looking for a motivated, energetic, positive person to help in an inside/outside role from 1st of January for 2-3 months.
I live on 20 acres, 3.5 km from the centre of Young, a regional town in NSW of ~8000 people.
Young is best known for its cherries and is 4 hours southwest of Sydney and two hours west of Canberra.
I run an Equine Veterinary Hospital with an emphasis on breeding and foaling down mares. It is nearing the end of the breeding season but there may still be some mares on the property.
I run a small but very busy clinic as I am the only Veterinarian but have a team of three nurses who are all friendly and it is a nice tight knit working environment.
I am also a keen gardener and have an extensive vegetable garden and orchard.
I am a single mother with an 2 3/4 year old daughter.
My daughter, Clara goes to day care 5 days a week during the busy season.
I am looking for someone to help with evening meals and care of my daughter in the evenings and on weekends as I have broken my legs and am on crutches and so unable to do a lot of basic things in the garden and house.
The position will involve driving as required as I am unable to because of my broken leg.
I am also looking for some additional help with the horses and in the garden ( I do have fulltime nurses and a part time gardener but this is not always enough when it is busy).
I have a self contained unit and car (manual) for their use and I provide full board with evening meals to be shared with my daughter and I.
The job would suit a practical person who has at least some experience with and interest in horses but also happy to help in the garden/around the farm with odd jobs as well as indoors with cooking and basic household chores (I have a cleaner once a fortnight, so only basic cleaning) and with a small child.

Living
There is a separate "granny flat" accommodation that is self contained but I expect that we will eat as a family each evening, however I also think it is important to have your own space.
There is reasonable phone reception and Wi-Fi in the office.
I provide a car.
Working conditions and Pay
Award with full board and a car for their use in return for help in the evenings and weekends and being around in case I get a 2am foaling call etc as well as 15 hours work/ week with the option of additional hours and pay if they are capable/keen???
