Weed management, spraying operating on quad bikes as a contractor, working off farm.
Camping, may require camping equipment, away from Dipvale station for 10-12 days at a time.

8 hours / day. The family have been operating this business for 22 years.
Casual rate $28.62 per hour, 40+ hours per week.
Use of vehicle for food if required.
PAY: Casual $30.25 per hour (8hr work day) - $242.00/Day

We are working to prevent the establishment of exotic weeds which pose a major threat to the natural environment and to the viability of primary production, pasture improvement.
Short Description: Position involves carrying an 8Kg spray backpack, riding ATV Motor Bikes, manually spraying unwanted vegetation - pasture improvement. Tasks could also include garden and general farm maintenance. You will be working outdoors in a rural setting. Ability to adapt to different environments. Just simple immersion in nature.
On the Job Training will be offered. This job is easily learned if, you are willing to learn new skills.

Job is easily learnt if, they have a willingness to work hard and learn new skills.
Position involves carrying a 8kg spray backpack, walking through scrubland, riding ATV, manually spraying unwanted woody vegetation.
A camping lifestyle is offered while carrying out work in the field. Bush camping is basically camping in tents (will need to buy a tent) minus the amenities. We supply a good camping shower and healthy homemade meals.
Team consists of 10-15 travellers. They will be guided on a safe journey with the opportunity to see many natural untouched Outback Australian Regions.
Typically work a block of 10-12 days then 3 days off.
Living and Travel
Accommodation on the farm for the farm hand and household assistant. Tent for the contracting crews while out in the field. Tent whilst working in the field. Personal belongings can remain on the station
Internet and phone, on days off, good telstra signal.

Homestead worker / farm hand - assist with cooking and cleaning for the workers accommodation.
The accommodation is for workers who head out to work on properties in the region - normally for up to a week at a time, then come back for 2-3 days before heading out again. Also some animals to look after on a daily basis, horses, ducks, guinea fowl, buffalo and donkeys.
