Horse property Dinah breeds a small number of thoroughbred horses on a small property, and regularly employs young people who will fit in to the well mannered and civilised environment. Duties vary from horse care, to riding, gardening, household cleaning etc etc. Usually a steady stream of visitors and friends, helpers, neighbours as well. A friendly and moderately paced environment.
General horse work / riding / caretaking, feeding. Some caretaking / cleaning / cooking and being part of the social network there - Looking after house and dog.
Typical duties : Sometimes also needing a confident rider to exercise 8 TB horses. Very good job - located in a horsey area with a lot of young people around. the riding role would ideally suit an experienced male rider who can treat my horses as their own. Also providing help with feeding, lifting, carrying etc in the daily feeding and paddock / stable routines.
Living
Live in main house with Dinah - very pleasant environment. Small cottage may also be available.
Travel
Flight to Melbourne - V line train to Seymore. Collected from the train station.
Working conditions and Pay
Award wages for a 38 hour week.
Food and accommodation on site.
