Fankhauser Apples in Victoria, paid work on hourly casual rate, between 40-45 hours a week. Started in April for couple of weeks including weekends. Only picking apples with the use of ladders and sometimes on machinery with a team and a team leader
JOB 2
Prep Cook in PappaRich Fountain Gate in Victoria. Part time job on shift rotation, working between 25 to 38 hours a week including weekends. Mainly prep work, cooking, serving customers, inventory organising. Worked May to August 2023.
JOB 3
Hidden Gold Homestead as a Cook/Farmhand, full time job started September 18th, 2023 to March 15th 2024, then August 2024 to current. Mainly cooking for participants in the program, stocking inventory, weekly menu planning, learning how to breakdown chicken and other meats, looking after farm owner and his family, gardening.
JOB 4
Outback Pioneers as a Kitchenhand, full time work including weekends. Worked from March 22nd to mid July 2024. Mainly dishwashing, general cleaning, food prep and occasional cooking.
Aims and Motivations here in Australia
Plans to build a future in Australia, so is looking to expand his skills and skill sets into farm and rural work. Keen for any role, but likely to suit a cook, hospitality or inside outside role. Very flexible and willing to do anything.

General gardening around the farm, watering plants and whipper snipping (unpaid) Feeding animals, mainly ducks, chickens and pigs.
