Tristan is 19 from Western Germany (near Frankfurt).
He finished school at age 16 (after completing a short carpentry internship whilst at school – where he installed windows, built wooden garden sheds and other simple tasks with wood).
After school he did an apprenticeship with Aldi (2022-2024), followed by an apprenticeship with a similar supermarket (2024-2025) to move up to become a department manager. Most recently he worked as a delivery driver for Amazon before coming to Australia.
He loves doing farm work and from a young age he spent time on his grandfather’s farm helping maintain the forest, using chainsaws, older tractors (Fendt) and driving 2-wheel motorbikes. He loves doing practical hands-on work.
His brother worked at a large Australian cattle station a number of years ago and Tristian was inspired to follow a similar path during his 8 months in Australia.
