Summary
Emilea has been brought up on a working 6000 acre dairy, beef and wool property in North Victoria.
She is a country girl, and enjoys being hands on and practical and in work.
She has left school at the end of year 9 (2024) and has worked for the last 2 years on the family farm. She really enjoys this, but knows that she needs to spread her wings and gain new skills and more experience.
AIMS NOW
She is planning to guild a career in Agriculture and is looking to build up the skills and experience to work on NT and Qld cattle stations. She hopes to find an employer where she can learn, grow, and develop great skills and experience.
LIVESTOCK EXPERIENCE
She has experience of cattle, sheep, horses and day to day farm duties including:
fencing, checking water, mustering, yard work, drenching, feeding, cleaning troughs etc.
Consider herself handy and practical
Driving and machinery
Used to operating tractors (Fendt) for sileage work and harrowing) (approx. 100hrs), buggies, some quad bikes, manual and automatic Utes. (Has her L plates)
Personal
Polite, well mannered. Good communicator, expresses herself well and in a straightforward way.
Well organised, neat and tidy in the workplace. A calm and well organised personality; enjoys a calm and productive workplace. Used to working solo on the home farm but prefers to work as part of a team.
Hobbies – passions
Is a keen member of the local rural Fire Brigade.
Loves farm life, outdoors, hunting, and riding horses.
Riding
A competent rider, with a fair amount of experience of mustering and all aspects of western riding.
Is responsible for looking after and bringing on horses at home on the property.
Enjoys rodeo and has a keen interest in bull riding too.
Domestic, cook and childcare etc: capable of looking after herself.
Physical / Fitness: Farm fit and active, used to being on her feet all day every day
