Dak is from western Mongolia, in the Kazakh region.
He has a 3 year university degree in English language education completed in 2024, in Ulaanbaatar the capital city of Mongolia, and plans further study for a Masters degree in English language, most probably overseas and likely to be in Australia.
 
Employment History
His work history includes work as a waiter in Ulaanbaatar, delivering and installing for a furniture company in Kazakhstan, as an English teacher in several different companies and on various occasions, and for a car wash.
He has also volunteered for an organisation providing financial assistance to students in need. He has also spent a lot of time throughout his childhood in the Mongolian countryside helping his parents with their nomadic farm.

Aims and Motivations here in Australia
Dak intends to find working opportunities to develop his English language skills, build a broad range of agricultural knowledge and practical skills to apply in the future back in Mongolia, and at a later stage hospitality also, and intends to remain in Australia for several years.
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Farm / Livestock
‘I grew up in the countryside of Mongolia, where I was closely involved in traditional farm life. From a young age, I helped care for animals such as sheep, goats, horses, and cows, and participated in daily tasks like herding, feeding, milking, and cleaning. This experience taught me the value of hard work, responsibility, and being in harmony with nature. Living and working in a natural environment has always been comfortable and fulfilling for me, and I enjoy working outdoors with animals’
 
Equine / equestrian
Experienced horse rider in the Mongolian style, catching, riding at all speeds, bareback and day to day care of horses kept as part of Nomadic farming lifestyle.
 
Driving & vehicles 
4 years driving licence, Manual and Automatic.
Also motorcycle, eco bike, bicycle, Russian old manual car
 
 Practical skills / trade skills
‘While studying in Ulaanbaatar, I occasionally worked part-time on construction sites. These jobs involved tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, assisting skilled workers, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This experience helped me build physical strength, teamwork skills, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. It also showed my willingness to take on different types of work and learn by doing’
