Himanshu is from Delhi, India.
He is an HR professional and has worked in senior HR placement roles, including team-leading focused on the real estate, IT and data sectors with some focus on international placements to the USA from India.
He has a degree in Business Administration completed in 2022.

2023 to current; he has been a senior HR executive for the real estate sector for the last 1 ½ years.
2022-2023: placement coordinator to technical sectors including data analysts, computer engineers etc. This was preceded by a six month internship in the same company, where he did well and was therefore promoted internally.
Aims and Motivations here in Australia
Himanshu has been lucky enough to receive one of the few working holiday visas for young Indians. He is determined to use this opportunity to change his scene, whilst he is satisfied with unsuccessful in his office-based corporate career these determined to use these years to experience new and different things, gain practical skills, and work in the outdoors. One of his aims is to gain his second and third VISA in due course.
His initial aim is to gain new skills and complementary experience that will enable him to access a range of jobs in different agricultural sectors here in Australia. Variety and skills development are his principal aims.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
He has limited experience of farm work, and very minimal childhood experience of horseriding on summer camps.
Driving & vehicles
confident and experienced car driver, manual licence for nine years.
Motorbike licence, owns and rides regularly on a Royal Enfield 500cc.
Has done a small amount of tractor driving, including 4-5 hours of basic ploughing.
Has ridden quad bikes recreationally for short periods.
Enjoys basic mechanical servicing of his own vehicles when he was younger; oil, fuel, air filters, puncture repair et cetera for his own BMW and Suzuki.
Practical skills / trade skills
Has some practical experience of Homebased DIY and Basic home repairs
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
Loves to cook, and loves food.
Can cook, Garnish and serve food very well.
Has some experience of looking after his young cousins; he’s an open and friendly character and gets on well with all ages.

Very used to telephone customer service engagement, dealing with employers and also with employment candidates.

extremely good English. He was educated in English, and much of his HR businesses also conducted in English. A polite, intelligent and engaged manner.

tall and strongly built. He used to work out in the gym; he has done this less recently, and is aware (and looking forward to the fact) that his fitness will improve significantly with practical work.
