Are boyfriend and girlfriend couple from Ulanbaatar in Mongolia. They are here in Australia to develop their lives and hope to complete further study and possibly become resident in Australia after two or three working holidays.
The main aim at this stage is to work in a rural environment to build up skills that will enable them to gain their second Visa and also be able to secure a job to gain the third year Visa in due course.
Their secondary focus is to develop their English.

Batta completed high school and then completed a three-year polytechnic college diploma course in construction. He then went on to start further study in international relations at university, however he decided this was not for him after one year. He then went to live and work in the Mongolian countryside for 1 year with his family; nomadic farming of sheep, goats, camels, before securing training and a 3 year job as a large truck driver on a coal mine site.
Employment History
2019 – 1 year farm and countryside work, dairy and other livestock
2020-23 He was then recruited by a mining company and trained as a driver of 60 ton trucks (MT86), and worked in this role for three years, shifting coal on mine sites.
2023-24 He then worked for one year as a market cashier and sales consultant for a Russian supermarket in Ulanbaatar.
2024-25 - took an entrepreneurial opportunity to work as a water and drinks distributor.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
Some experience of livestock handling and countryside living in the Mongolian style, whilst working for one year on his family’s nomadic farming property. This involved day-to-day care through the seasons of dairy cows, sheep, goats and camels, and horses.
Equine / equestrian
Basic horse riding skills - beginner level. Confident around horses.
Driving & vehicles
Experienced and competent driver, Full driving licence, manual and automatic for seven years.
Trained by Usuk Zoos Mining Company to drive 60 ton coal hauling trucks; three years experience of this.
