For most of his adult life Sugi has had various part-time and full-time jobs alongside long-term study during which is qualified as a history teacher .
His work experience includes;
2013-present; farm work handling various livestock including goats, sheep, cattle, horses and camels, cultivation and harvest of various fruits and vegetables, some use of older farm machinery including tractors and various ground preparation implements.
2021-23 - construction work as a general labourer and construction carpenter for a variety of tasks including steel fixing, concrete work, brickwork and simple site carpentry.
2024-2025: one year full-time working in the stores department / warehouse of a mining company

Farm / Livestock
He comes from a nomadic farming family, and has spent much of his childhood and a couple of months every summer on the nomadic farm. This has involved handling and day-to-day care of goats, sheep, cattle, camel, and horses as well as growing of some vegetables in the summer.
This also involved occasional use of an old tractor (Ford)
Equine / equestrian
Has been bought up riding horses in the Mongolian style and has some experience of mustering other livestock on horseback.
Confident around horses but will need to learn more westernised ways.
Driving & vehicles
Full driving licence since age 18. Manual and automatic. Experience with manual cars and also small manual motorbikes.
Also some experience of ride on mower, and use of an old tractor.
Practical skills / trade skills
He is an experienced builder/construction worker and worked for two years as a construction carpenter building houses and apartments.
He has been involved with all practical aspects of basic construction including steel fixing.
He is physically strong, and really enjoyed this type of work.
Hospitality and customer service
Worked as a kitchen hand in a Mongolian restaurant for one year part-time while studying at university. Hands-on experience of food preparation, dish washing and cleaning.

Workable spoken English. He has passed the IELTS English exam to level 5.5 , which is the requirement to gain an Australian Visa .
