Grew up in the countryside in UK, friend had a farm so was often helping out with farm jobs.
Completed a load of mowing, weeding, planting, watering and general light repairs for his parents and their neighbors during his teenage years. Drove a ride-on lawn-mower.
Decluttered extremely overgrown garden and replanted lawn at a previous rental property.
Built a fertiliser bin for his dad to store cut grass.
Parents now live in a farmhouse in Wales with their own land, so lots of tasks I help our with, such as repairing fences, cutting the grass, unblocking the stream, trimming bushes and trees etc. Also helped with sheep, chickens, pigs etc.
Some volunteer experience of farms and farm environment when travelling ; a farm homestay in Ecuador -
Milked cows, fed chickens, cows, alpacas, guinea pigs. Cleaned out enclosures, looked after dogs and cats. Helped with basic gardening.

He prototyped his final year project, a foldable ski boot, by building a 3D model using CAD, then 3D he created in a workshop. Completed numerous projects in the workshop using wood, metals and plastics. Did a whole module on electronics, including soldering and programming our own working circuits.
Worked as Workshop Technician during Uni placement year at Origin Live, where he assisted with a range of machines to produce HiFi components, and took lead on production of turntable belts.
Painted and decorated exterior and a few rooms inside large 3 storey detached house.
Assisted with set up and decoration of sister's bakery business.
