Work in AUS - (see images below) 
Max has worked in Kurundi Station for the last 2.5 months. 
Mostly his duties were road construction, operating KOBELCO 20T excavators and CAT 20T wheel loader, but also some fencing and cattle work, including at remote camps. 
Overall positive reports from the employer.

Aims and Motivations here in Australia
Building skills and gaining experience driving machinery like tractors, wheel loaders, excavators or motorcycles. Also workshop skills, and general farmwork experience. 

Back Home
Max is 19 from Germany
3 years of dual training to become a construction equipment operator in civil engineering.
Future plans to stay in Australia for up to 3 years and hope to transition to work in the mines driving large mining vehicles.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Farm / Livestock
2.5 months station work on Kurundi Station. Cattle work and fencing, in addition to roadbuilding and earth moving. 

Construction equipment. 

Back home he is experienced with driving a range of chain and wheel excavators, wheel loaders, earth rollers, forklift trucks, dumpers, crane. Mostly Liebherr Caterpillar Kramer. 
Also saw and chop wood (can use a chainsaw) a small amount of experience laying pipes, welding, pave, wall up, building scaffolding, small repair work on work machines uses a separation hunter, chain saw, vibrating plate, vibrating masher.
 
Driving & vehicles 
Can drive manual, has licence. Can drive motorbike and tractor.
