Ada is a resilient young lady, having been in foster care most of her life. The Australian organisation who supports her is supporting her through the programme.
Employment History
JOB 1 - Bribie saddle club - Paid traineeship
Feeding, watering, grooming, tacking up and work with horses. Assist the stable with open days, leading children on the horses etc. - 6 months
JOB 2 - Banjo's Bakery - Part time job - food preparation, restocking shelves, customer service, cleaning/dishwashing, making sandwiches and other simple food, 1 day per week for 6 months.
JOB 3 - Service Station worker - customer service (handling cash and serving customers), stocking shelves, coffee making, cooking simple food (burgers, breakfast items etc), cleaning. - 6 months
JOB 4 - Volunteer record keeper at endurance horse riding competitions. Recording horses heart rate and temperature, has done this for many years with one of her carers and is currently completing her qualifications to do this job unsupervised.
Aims and Motivations here in Australia
Eager to futher her riding skills in Australia, eventually hopes to be able to muster on horses on a cattle station.

Intermediate rider, plays a form of football mounted on a horse.
Complete a certificate 2 in horse husbandry and currently completing a certificate in sports coaching (focusing on horse riding instructing)

Has own manual car, driving with her Australian provisional licence.
Practical skills / trade skills
Some practical skills gained through vocational studies at school including metal work (mig & stick welding a fire pit, boat anchor and meat mallet), also completed hospitality training at school and can comfortably cook on her own for 4-5 people and has cooked in a team for up to 50 people.
