Vi is from the West Country of England, between Bath and Bristol.
She is competent, and she is a worker. She has been working since age 13.
She is a very keen horsewoman.
She got good grades at school, completed college education; with a diploma in hair and make up for the media, and is currently taking diploma qualifications to become a qualified personal trainer. She is interested in gaining a broad range of skills and experiences at this time in her life.
Employment History
she has had a variety of jobs in different organisations. In all cases she has quickly learned well and been given to management responsibilities.
This includes:
pre-2015; various jobs including work at a hair salon, a beauty salon, a rugby club and a shoe department at a well-known department store
2015 to 19; personal assistant to a chef and care assistant at an old peoples home
2019; sales assistant at a national chemist chain, Christmas work, three months full-time
2019-22; customer service expert at the RAC (Royal automobile club, like the RACQ). Worked up to gain responsibility for running a team of 20 agents, training and supervising new agents. She really enjoyed this work and did very well.
2022 to 23; gained a basic qualification in financial services and worked as a mortgage adviser. Considered this as a career path, but has decided that there are other more interesting things to do.
2023 to 24; commercial office admin assistant, six months full-time
2024 to 2025; accounts administrator for a fire and security company; which included projects and office management tasks.
Aims and Motivations here in Australia
She is motivated and determined to build up her skills and learn to become a jillaroo over the course of the next 1- 2 years. She plans to develop all the skills needed for that including dirt bikes, quads and buggies, livestock and yardwork, fencing and general maintenance, workshop tasks and of course Western horsemanship and mustering skills. She will be keen for any role that allows her to start this journey of skill development and experience.

Equine / equestrian
intermediate level but very keen horsewoman. Determined to become a jillaroo.
Started riding horses age 8, and took lessons weekly to age 14. She owned two ponies from age 12 to 14.
She then took a break until recently, when she has taken on an 18 hand loan horse with which she has restarted. She has been spending 10 to 12 hours with him for the last six months, and is getting her all-round skills and experience back up to a confident level. This has included all general care in the stable and the paddock, including paddock catching, tacking up, arena riding and hacking, as well as feeding and checking health. She is really keen to build on this now.
Driving & vehicles
full driving licence for seven years, a confident manual driver. A little quad bike driving at the yards. Willing to learn and operate any machinery.
