Luca is from northern Germany. He has completed high school and qualified for university, and trained for 2 ½ years in software development. This was a 50-50 work-study internship.

Aims and Motivations here in Australia
one of his main motivations is to increase his confidence in spoken English.
However beyond this he is keen to work in a new environment which involves physical and practical work.
He is willing to do anything, and is also determined to learn.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
no particular experience of farming or other practical jobs, except for helping at home in the garden, chopping wood, mowing lawns et cetera, which he enjoys. no experience with horses at this stage, but very open to learning.
Driving & vehicles
full driving licence, manual and automatic, 4 years. He drives a manual vehicle most of the time. Confident driver.
A little experience of scooter driving, recreational quad bike at an adventure park on annual holidays through his teenage years.
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
He has lived on his own for the last three years. He is a good cook and enjoys cooking for himself, his family and friends. Also some basic child and infant care experience, but nothing significant.
Hobbies, other skills and interests
his main interest is computer science, whether hardware or software.
He enjoys bodybuilding and working out at the gym, and also is interested in cars and car racing.
Personal
speaks English well, a friendly and open character.
Easy-going and gets on well with people. In his software role he was liaising regularly with colleagues in Croatia and India, communicating in English.

a big man, average fitness, potentially very strong
uses the gym regularly, for bodybuilding.
