in 2023 he started to study Physics at University for one year but found it wrong for him. He then worked full-time in a dairy farm for eight months which he really enjoyed, so he now wishes to gain more skills and follow a career in agriculture.
Employment History
His work history includes a two week internship on a dairy farm in 2020, which he really enjoyed.
2024-25 After completing his one-year of university study he then worked on a large dairy farm for 8 months full time worker on a dairy farm, experience with milking, feeding, forage harvest, raising calves, tractor driving (New Holland and CLAAS) 2024 - he also spent a couple of weeks working as a stable hand on a small stable of three horses.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
2024-25 - 8 months dairy operation
After completing his one-year of university study he then worked on a large dairy farm for 8 months full gaining experience with milking, feeding, forage harvest, raising calves, tractor driving (New Holland and CASE)
Approximately 100 hours of tractor driving (CLAAS, New Holland) with basic experience of various implements including mowers, tedder, windrower, forage wagon, slurry tankers, seeder.
Has also operated a tele-handler (Manitou) 100+ hours, using a baler, pallet forks and buckets.
Equine / equestrian
A few months of riding lessons in 2024. A beginner level rider, but keen and enjoying learning.
A few weeks of stable hand work. Some ability catching and handling horses from the ground.
Driving & vehicles
Full driving licence, manual and automatic for 2 1/2 years.
Approximately 100 hours of tractor driving (CLAAS, New Holland) with basic experience of various implements including mowers, tedder, windrower, forage wagon, slurry tankers, seeder.
Has also operated a tele-handler (Manitou) 100+ hours, using a baler, pallet forks and buckets.
Practical skills / trade skills
No particular practical skills but is used to fixing and mending as required on the dairy farm.

Capable of cooking for himself, occasional baking. A little experience of childcare work with his family; happy to get along with young children but has never changed a nappy!
