Alice is from Paris in France. She has grown up in a small countryside village in the south east of France, near Germany, and grew up around farms and farms and with some experience of day-to-day farm life.
She has completed University in Montréal, Canada. This was a five year study in television and multilanguage audiovisual productions. She hopes and plans to become a television and film producer, and would very much like to continue this career here in Australia over the next few years.
She is therefore very motivated to understand what it takes to do well, and succeed here.
She has been working in television for the last five years.
2016-2018 - Disability carer, day/night shifts for in-home care (part time)
2019-21 - production assistant on a daily news show (full-time)
2022-23 - production coordinator on reality TV programs (full-time)
2024 - director’s assistant at a music festival (full-time )
2024 - associate producer and people management, Paris Olympics
2024-25 - production assistant, Disneyland Paris (full-time )
2-23-24 - Red Cross volunteer, first-aid and street outreach (part-time )
Aims and Motivations here in Australia
Her immediate aim is to learn new things in a new working environment and challenge herself, push herself out of her comfort zone, meeting new people from different walks of life.
She is determined also to gain her second Visa, but once gaining it to be a fulfilling and rewarding experience by engaging wholeheartedly with the farm work environment.

Minimal farm or equine experience at this stage - keen to learn
Driving & vehicles
Full driving licence - 12 years, some experience driving vans and minibuses with equipment etc
Practical skills / trade skills
Has some experience of technical equipment related to film producing; cameras, sets, lighting etc.
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
Cooks well for her family and friends, no particular experience of childcare.
Hospitality and customer service
Customer service and professional interaction are at the centre of her work in the film industry.
