Pauline is from Lyon in the south east of France, close to the Alps.
She has studied a Degree for the last four years in Masters in Sport and General Business. She is having a gap year in Australia before her final year to complete her Masters.
This included four months of study in Texas, USA.
Employment History
She has worked through her studies and since age 16.
This has included fruit and vegetable picking on a small farm each summer, working as a department manager for Decathlon (as part of her study programme) in client liason, planning & logistics and supervising staff, working in a large sportswear retailer, and ongoing part-time supermarket work throughout her studies.
Aims and Motivations here in Australia
She is very excited to work in a farm environment, and is looking forward to learning new practical skills and how to adapt to a farm workplace.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
Worked on a small vegetable farm every summer picking tomatoes, eggplants, zucchinis and green beans. She loves animals and has cared for pets over the years.
Equine / equestrian
No experience with horses.
Driving & vehicles
Manual driving licence for five years, considers herself a competent driver.
A little recreational experience of ATV
Practical skills / trade skills
Generally good at working with and understanding practical things, has some experience helping with gardening but not so much opportunity or experience yet.
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
LOVES TO COOK. Good at it, really enjoys cooking with / for family and friends.
Hobbies, other skills and interests
Sports - football, snowboarding, hiking. Travelling. Pop culture and gastronomy.
