Melissa aims to develop her English to fluent level, and gain skills and experience in new ways and new areas here in Australia.
Back Home
Melissa is from Lima in Peru. She completed high school then trained to be a customer service agent and administrative worker in commercial aviation (two years training finished in 2017)
Her work history includes one year of full-time work as a cook in a Peruvian restaurant followed by two years driving airport passenger service vehicles, (airline taxis) and for the last four years as a customer service agent and administrative worker for three different airlines based in Lima, working on the check-in, departure gates and office administrative tasks.
Farm / Livestock
No farm or equine experience so far
Driving & vehicles
Driving licence for 10 years. Mostly automatic driving but can drive manual and has manual / auto licence
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
Loves to cook, and is always cooking for family and friends. Experienced with Peruvian dishes and very keen to expand her range.
Some experience of childcare, over and above her professional customer service training.
Regularly looks after her neighbour's five-year-old daughter Sofia, cooking, playing, helping with homework, going for walks reading books et cetera.
Really enjoys being around children.

Loves to read, especially books in English, listen to music, and enjoys socialising with friends whilst preparing meals to eat with them.
