Employment History
Has worked as a sheet metal worker for 2 years and in those 2 years, he's been leased to a farm outside of town work as a contractor during harvest and other cropping tasks.
Age 16 – 2018 – farming job with dairy cattle, mostly looking after 80 cows during milking in a pit style dairy farm also managing machinery. Part-time after-school and on weekends.
Age 16 – 2018 – farming job with dairy cattle through a farm with 100 milking cows helping with the machinery during milking. Part-time after-school and on weekends
Age 17 – 2019 – cultivation and ploughing using tractors and harvesters for crops including wheat, canola and barley. Also worked with dairy cattle.
Age 19 – 2021 – worked for three different dairy farms, assisting with cows, calves, heifers. Helping the milk 800 cows using milking robots this farm was the biggest in the region where he worked in Sweden. (Part-time 1-year)
Age 19 – 2021 – sheet metal worker, installing roofs, waterproofing, window edging (Part-time for 1 year)
Age 20 – 2022 – worked for a farm with grain, crops included wheat, barley, canola. Operated machinery to prepare soil, and harvest. Part-time
Age 20 – 2022 – sheet metal worker, cladding building surfaces, drainage pipes and other metalwork. Full-time
Age 21-22 - 2023 – 2024 – sheet metal worker contracted out to grain farm. Full-time
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
Worked a lot with machinery suchs as a grain cart driver and other agricultural tasks involved with crops. Also worked dairy cattle on a Dairy farm, working mostly in the milking pit and a lot with the general dairy maintenance. Also has some experience working with pigs. Has certificates for castration and AI.
Equine / equestrian
Novice rider, rode horses from the age of 5-7 years old. After that he mainly helped around the stable with the carpentry to help his sister and mother who still rides horses
Has lots of experience helping his family within the stable together the horses including mucking out, feeding and other general stable maintenance.
Driving & vehicles
Manual, has licence for 4 years.
Has driven lots of farm machinery large and small including tractors, combine harvesters, ATVs, 4x4's, forklifts, wheel loaders, tele-handlers. Can also ride a motorbike
Practical skills / trade skills
Has lots of carpentry/building skills, is also mechanically minded and regularly works on cars and sometimes on combines harvesters and tractors. Has done some welding and did a course for welding and has also worked extensively with sheet metal work. It is very practical and hands-on and particularly enjoys finding ways to fix machinery rather than calling on mechanics or technicians to fix things, therefore saving the farm money.

Really enjoys hunting back home in Sweden (and is keen to emplore this in Australia), enjoys riding motorbikes, snowmobiles and ATVs.
