WORK IN AUS
2 months general hand at a thoroughbred property, mostly maintenance and other general day to day labouring, mowing, and other tasks. Good reference, have proved to be hard workers and not afraid of getting hands dirty or doing tough physical stuff. (Newhaven Park)
Aims and Motivations here in Australia
Aims to become fluent in English, gain as much practical work experience as possible, and hopes to build up skills to eventually secure a job in the mines.
Back Home
Noa is from Rennes in Northern France.
Noa has completed High School, and is considering future study at university, but is not yet certain what area. At this stage his motivation is to work and travel and gain life experience.
He has an ultimate aim to build up his skills and experience to secure work in the mines here in Australia.
Employment History
Work history; from age 14 to now he has worked part-time in his father's construction and renovation company whenever possible. This is included painting, installing insulation, building partitions, smaller scale demolitions et cetera.
In addition to this for the last four months before coming to Australia he worked as a caterer / waiter for an weddings and event company.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
He grew up on a small hobby farm, looking after a few animals, in particular to goats. He is aware of day-to-day care and tasks but does not have much experience yet.
Equine / equestrian
A little riding and exposure to horses in his childhood. Keen to work around horses if the opportunity arises.
Driving & vehicles
1 year driving with licence. Grew up with motorbikes and is a member of a motorbike club.
Loves everything about motorbikes.
Can drive Quad , dirt bike , motocross.
Also has some experience of 4x4 and Ute driving.
Practical skills / trade skills
Has always been involved in practical and hands-on work with his father; construction and DIY tasks, high pressure water cleaning, fixing and maintaining expenses on the home farm, and basic mechanical skills gained along the way with his motorbikes.
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
Not very experienced with cooking but can look after himself. No real experience working with children.
Hospitality and customer service
Hospitality experience as a waiter in a wedding and events company

Enjoys being outside, motorbikes, being active, sport, travel

Polite and switched on.
Fairly capable with spoken English, is better at understanding than speaking at this stage.
