Chanelle's aim is to broaden her equine and farm skills base. Keen for any role where she can contribute and learn.
Back Home
Chanelle is from Normandy in northern France.
She has completed degree education in technology and biological engineering, followed up with a degree in life and environmental sciences. She plans further study for a Masters degree in environmental management.

Employment History
Her work history includes the following :
2020 - summer holiday seasonal work from organic textile products company
2021-23 summer seasonal work in a retirement home serving meals, cleaning and general assistance
2023 - 1 week internship in a bat research organisation
2023-24 - volunteering part-time in the university's free grocery store
2024 - volunteer bar work at a music festival
2024 - one month conservation volunteer in South Africa
As a younger child she worked as a child model and this evolved into various modelling work right up to recent years. She has decided not to pursue this as a career.
She has also been involved in a variety of social and community initiatives, and gain some experience of youth leadership in these programs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
Equine / equestrian
An intermediate level horsewoman. Keen occasional rider. She has obtained the French Galop 3 level but rates her riding at Galop 4 level. (intermediate) with most of her experience in dressage jumping and arena riding.
Picked up the experience of basic stable work while preparing her horse for riding, saddling up, washing down, cleaning out the stable etc.
Driving & vehicles
Full driving licence for 4 1/2 years.
Confident driver in cars. A very small amount of quad bike driving.
Practical skills / trade skills
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
Considers herself a good cook for herself, friends and family.
Loves being around children, lots of experience with family and friends.
She also gave English lessons to primary schoolchildren while in South Africa.
Hospitality and customer service
Good hospitality experience from her aged care home.
Hobbies, other skills and interests
She is a keen singer singing in choirs and music schools. She has played violin in an orchestra (learned for 10+ years ) and taken part in various theatrical productions.
Enjoys sports, especially handball , soccer, gymnastics and basketball, and various forms of dance and cross fit, and running.
