Completed High School in 2016
Graduated from College with studies in film and production design, business studies, sports leadership. (2 yrs)
Graduated from University (with 1st class Honours) with a Bachelor in 3D Model Design
Future plans to work as a model maker in the film industry.
Employment History
Has worked as a building site labourer, greensman on a film set doing manual work, bar tending experience, Camp leader for summer camp in America looking after kids/taking lead on the activities.
2018 – Labourer on a building site, lifting and shifting equipment as well as furnishings for houses. Was often required to help other trade specialties with their tasks including electricians plumbers etc. (FT / varying hours)
2019 – worked on the leadership team for camp America during a summer camp (FT - 3 months)
2019 & 2022 – Barman at a UK pub called the slug and lettuce in Colchester (FT / varying hours)
2022 – Greens and the film 'Disenchanted'. Was required to make flowers, trees, and garlands, to help dress the film set.
2023 – 3D model maker creating armor for the film 'Gladiator 2' - Was required to mould, cast, using resins, and fibreglass, and paint the various armour to be used on the film under substantial time pressure.
2024 – Barman at another UK pub called the George and Dragon in Epping (FT / varying hours)
2024 – architectural model maker – was given the blueprints to a building digitally which then as part of a team required the team to build a physical scale model using CAD and physical craftwork. (FT - contract, varying hours)
Farm / Livestock
Matt previously lived on a cropping farm where he helped from time to time as an extra pair of hands to shift equipment around, assist with the livestock (pigs, sheep, horses), did a little stable work, and minor tasks, including sweeping silos.
Equine / equestrian
Intermediate rider - Rode horses from age 10 to age 14 once a week. Used to go on hacks as well as practice jumping. Hasn't ridden a horse in quite some time however is keen to ride.
The small amount of experience assisting in stables from a young age.
Driving & vehicles
Has held a manual license for six years.
Has a small amount of experience riding a quad bike.
Practical skills / trade skills
Basic mechanical skills, welding, Metal work, puppetry, workshop equipment, and heavy machinery.
Well versed in a workshop environment and using machinery.
Has extensive experience with modelmaking using a variety of skills and tools.
It is very practical and hands-on and comfortable using power tools.
Has also worked as a labourer on building sites and familiar with many levels of skill and is comfortable assisting others.
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
Was taught to cook from a young age and has been cooking regularly for himself family and friends for many years. It is quite accustomed to cooking large group meals. Enjoys it a lot.
Took a course in sports coaching where he attended primary schools to teach sport lessons, also led a tag rugby tournament for multiple schools.
Worked as a leader at camp America for a summer camp over three months leading kids to and from activities ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Also entertained the children in between their scheduled activities.
Hospitality and customer service
Has worked in a number of hospitality jobs as a Barman and enjoys the social aspects of this job dealing with customers and ensuring customers needs are met at a high standard. It is used to long on a regular hours to ensure everything is done correctly and everything is clean at the end of a shift. Enjoys working in a team and helping others.

Enjoys lots of sports. Including rugby, tae kwon do (competed for university), Really enjoys the outdoors and going for hikes, enjoys time taking his dog for a walk, was a scout for 10 years, enjoys camping
