Matilda is 24 from Sweden, completed High School in 2019 specialising in Economics.
Completed a one-year vocational course with Volvo construction equipment in both theory and practical education related to factory work. Future plans to potentially become a criminologist and also work for Volvo construction
Employment History
Worked at a cafe, cashier and waitress work.
Recently had a permanent employment at Volvo Construction Equipment assembling wheel loaders.
Was a team / group leader in 2021 and has some experience in supervising interns.
2017 – Internship at an agricultural school - Worked in the stable, barn, pigsty, and sue for one day and each.
2017 – 2020 – Waitress and cashier for a local café in the summers (Part-time)
2020 – 2024 – Volvo construction equipment – skilled factory worker assembling high-quality wheel loader trucks (full-time)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
Grew up in rural Sweden on a small hobby farm helping to care for horses, chickens, dogs, cats.
Completed a one week internship at an agricultural school at age 15 and worked one day in each of the stable, barn, pigsty etc. it's very comfortable and confident around animals
Equine / equestrian
Considers herself an advanced horse rider who began riding at age 7 - competing in dressage, show jumping, and other eventing competitions. Participated in four Swedish Equestrian championships. Has experience riding a variety of sized horses and temperaments. Has her own horse back home and has had experience caring for it for many years.
Has had experience in daily stable work since age 11, cleaning stables, planning workouts for her and the horses, keeping the tack clean, mending fences, planning & packing for long trips to competitions, healing small injuries and wounds on the horses.
Driving & vehicles
Manual driving licence - Since July 2019
Confident driving a horse trailer with a horse
Forklift driving experience since October 2020
