Graduated from Domestic Science College (in areas of gardening, cooking, housekeeping, and clothing in 2018 Graduated from an apprenticeship as a chef and pastry chef in 2022
Future plans to own her own farm shop with a small café

Worked as a pastry chef for different hotels since 2022. Licenced cook and confectioner.
2022 – 2023 – Demi chef De Partie - pastry at a Swiss hotel and resort (45 hours/week)
2023 – Pastry Chef at a Hotel in Austria (40 hours/week)
2023 - Commis de Cuisine – pastry internship in Hotel in Munich, Germany (40 hours/week)
2023 - 2024 - Pastry chef at a hotel in Austria (40 hours/week)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
For 4 years has helped (every spring) on her boyfriend's sheep farm in Austria. Helped care for 180 sheep, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, rabbits. Helped cleaning & feeding hay to the animals. Assisted with sheep shearing in spring every year. Help to grow vegetables and fruits and harvest when needed in particular apples. Planted trees.
Equine / equestrian
Novice horse rider. Rode horses from time to time from age 10 with some riding lessons. Was taught how to walk, trot and groom horses, hasn't recently been on a horse.
Driving & vehicles
Manual licence for 6 years. Some experience riding a motorbike and a small amount of experience driving a small tractor (in a straight line).
Practical skills / trade skills
Built an old fashioned pizza oven on her boyfriends farm.

Qualified chef with extensive hands on experience in various high end hotels. Specialises in pastry and confectionery. Often helps care for children within her family, really enjoys time with children.
