Ayleen is from NW Germany.
She has completed 3 years vocational work / study training as a welder. Loves welding and is already experienced with MIG, MAG and WIG welding.
Employment History
Since completing school she has completed 3 years training as a construction mechanic, focused on metal construction. She is considering further study in mechanics and / or agriculture.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
Ayleen grew up on an German farm with 80 hectares of agriculture land and 140 pigs and 75 bulls.
She loves working outside and loves work in the agri sector.
Even as a child, she was introduced to long working days in the season. Used to driving one of their 4 tractors for soil cultivation and harvest, or to drive a quad or dirt bike on the fields.
Her metalwork and welding work and studies have been for eight hours a day and she has followed this with returning home to work on the farm.
Equine / equestrian
Beginner level horse rider, she took lessons for three years age 10 to 13.
Some experience of stable work, saddling up etc.
Driving & vehicles
Manual + auto licence for 4 years.
Uses quad bikes and a 250 cc Yamaha dirt bike on the farm.
Experienced driver of CLAAS, CASE tractors with a variety of implements / trailers etc.
Practical skills / trade skills
Has fair mechanical skills and awareness, can weld MIG / MAG / WIG.
Has also used a milling machine and CAD programmes, and some experience of carpentry.
Loves welding, very keen to work in a mechanical / welding and general farmwork role.

Capable of cooking for herself.
