Aims and Motivations here in Australia
Her motivation for work is to develop a skill and experience with and around horses. The secondary aim is to build her confidence working independently. The third aim is to save money for further troubles after approximately six months of working.

Laura is from Bonn in western Germany.
She has completed technical training in graphic, media and web design, for three years, which she loves, may go on to study interior design at University.
Employment History
Her work history includes part-time work in a bakery for 12 hours per week, five hours per week of babysitting for the last two years, and most recently part-time work as a waitress in a traditional German restaurant 15 hours per week.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Equine / equestrian
She has been riding horses since age 6 and took lessons regularly from age 10, mostly riding dressage but also some jumping, bareback, beach, forest and trail riding.
Considers herself an intermediate level horsewoman. She has been told that she has a good way with horses, and she's very keen to expand on her skills and knowledge both in the saddle and on the ground.
Has done her share of preparing the horse riding, grooming, feeding stable cleaning etc. enjoys being in a stable environment.
Driving & vehicles
Manual driving licence for 1.5 years, considers herself a confident driver. No other vehicles apart from a few hours recreational quad bike riding in the Sahara desert.

Basic cooking skills for herself and for her family. Keen to learn
