Aims and Motivations here in Australia
Her motivation is to gain a wide variety of skills and experiences in the environment. Specifically she would like to develop her skills and experience with horses.
Back Home
Caline is from SW Germany, close to Switzerland.
She has qualified for University and plans to study something in the creative industries, possibly fashion or design.
Employment History
Her work history includes work as a babysitter for a couple hours a week over a period of five years, part-time work on a fruit and vegetable market stall for a two-year period, and part-time work as an interviewer for public surveys for a couple of hours per week .
She has worked for a couple of months each summer on the assembly lines at Mercedes-Benz which she has really enjoyed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
No farming experience so far, but very keen to learn. Has grown up with animals and outdoors lifestyle.
Equine / equestrian
Considers herself a beginner- intermediate level recreational rider. She has not taken regular lessons but has grabbed every opportunity to ride or be around horses, which she has loved. Is able to ride at all speeds, and is very keen to work in any equine environment.
A little experience of stable work.
Driving & vehicles
Manual driving licence for 2.5 years. A confident driver, she enjoys driving.
Practical skills / trade skills
Woodwork; she particularly enjoyed woodwork at school. Enjoys being hands-on and practical.
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
She is a capable cook for herself. Moderately experience with childcare from five years of part-time baby sitting.
Hospitality and customer service
No hospitality experience, but some experience of customer facing / service.
Hobbies, other skills and interests
Sporty; she has competed in athletics - sprinting and jumping, and now plays a lot of volleyball.
Also a piano player.
Personal
Very good English, a notably upbeat and cheerful, positive and engaging personality. Energetic and active.
FITNESS: She is clearly physically strong and mobile, athletic, 1m75, 70kg
DIET / MEDICAL:
None, Prefers vegetarian diet but perfectly happy to eat / prepare / cook meat if required.
But if possible she will eat vegetarian.
