Sebastian is from Bavaria, Southern Germany.
He completed a 3 year practical workplace based vocational education from age 16 to now, so has 3 years of crop and machinery experience under his belt already.

His vocational education has included:
2022- Worked on a Farm, with Crops: Onion, Potatos, Wheat, Corn, sugar beet (Full time)
2023 - Worked on a Pig Farm with Crops: Wheat, Barley, Soybeans, Corn, Peas and broad Beans (Full time)
2024 - Worked on a Farm with vegetables (Full time)
His duties have included all aspects of machinery operation and maintenance, and he has been involved with all parts of the crop cycle using appropriate equipment and machinery at each stage.
Aims and Motivations here in Australia
His aims and motivation are to broaden his skills and experience of cropping, tractor and machinery operation for six months while here in Australia
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Farm / Livestock
He has been brought up on a small (40 acre) family hobby farm, with a few crops.
In the course of his vocational training he has: (see images below)
I have done ploughing ground, cultivating, seed wheat, barley, corn, beans,…, harvesting and driving an chaser bin, stacking hay and straw and driving a sprayer.
Equine / equestrian
No experience with horses
Driving & vehicles
Manual licence for 2 years, can ride a motorbike, tractor, and truck.
Experience of a wide range of John Deere, Deutz, Case and Fendt tractors.
Has been a dirtbike rider for several years - owns a 310cc Honda.
Practical skills / trade skills
Fair mechanical awareness, and some basic service skills etc.
approx 10h of stick welding and 50h of gas welding.
Domestic, cook and childcare etc
Can cook for himself if required.
Hospitality and customer service
No hospitality experience
Hobbies, other skills and interests
Enjoys soccer, fishing and skiing in his spare time.
Personal
Fair English, a focused and attentive manner, polite and calm.
