David is an Australian citizen brought up in the Philippines.
His father is Australian, his mother is Italian / Filipino.
He was educated at the Australian International School in Manila.
He has completed one year of university study in marketing and communications, and is looking to fill a four month gap with practical hands on / outdoors farm work.
He then plans to study aviation at university, which will include gaining his commercial pilots licence.
He has worked in several jobs and part-time roles alongside his studies.
Age 15 he worked alongside his father renovating the house, approximately 16 hours per week.
Age 16 to 18 he worked weekends in a traditional leather making workshop.
Age 19 he worked part-time and weekends in a dog park, approximately six hours per week.
Age 20 he had a part time job summer in a well known hotel and casino, front desk work.
More recently he has worked for two months in the stables at a polo club, getting general stable hand experience and learning how to handle horses from the ground.
Aim to learn many new skills, get a lot of practical experience of as many different tasks as possible.

FARM / LIVESTOCK
EQUINE / EQUESTRIAN
Beginner / novice level rider.
Basic stable hand experience from two months at a polo club. (Walking horses , mucking out, brushing and feeding ) Very keen to do and learn more.
DRIVING, VEHICLES, MECHANICAL
Driving licence for two years, manual and automatic. Mostly experienced with automatic but capable and safe with manual driving.
Has a few hours of forklift driving in a warehouse.
Some experience of automatic motorbikes, ATV, and Utes.
PRACTICAL & TRADE SKILLS
Has worked with power tools on a regular basis since age 11, (his father gave him an angle grinder for his 10th birthday) some experience of carpentry and woodwork. Considers himself a quick learner and capable of working things out. Enjoys working with his hands.
Fair experience of construction labouring, and basic welding.
DOMESTIC / CHILDCARE ETC
Enjoys cooking, capable of preparing food for himself and family. Enjoys learning about cooking styles. Has a younger sister 8 years younger; used to looking after her. considers himself good with children.
