Frede is from the countryside in central north Germany.
She recently completed a diploma in agriculture at her Agricultural focused high school. This study program included one year full-time work at a jumping and dressage competition yard with 100 horses.
She plans to build a career in ag / equine and may return to study more at University.
Skills & Experiences
FARM & LIVESTOCK:
Farming experience: her boyfriend's family operates a 3000 head pig farm and she has helped out there on a regular basis including a variety of tractor operations including J Sabine operation and soil preparation tasks.
EQUINE / EQUESTRIAN:
Riding: She has been riding horses at least one hour per week, right up to the present, since age 10, preparing for competition in regional jumping (up to 1 m) and dressage competitions. German Level A competition. Considers herself an intermediate level rider. Loves to gallop !
Stablework: as part of her high school agricultural studies she worked for one year full-time on a large stables with 100 horses. Her duties included all aspects of horse care, stable duties, and stable management, including riding / exercising 5 to 6 horses every day.
Considers herself competent and safe around horses of different types, both riding and handling from the ground.
DRIVING, VEHICLES, MECHANICAL:
Full driving licence for one year, manual.
Tractor experience >200 hours Fendt 940 and 824.
2 years of scooter commuting
DOMESTIC / CHILDCARE ETC
Capable of cooking for herself. Some experience of looking after her younger siblings (now age 16 and 9)
HOSPITALITY
Three months of work as a waitress in a restaurant in 2020. (She decided this is not really her thing)

Her main hobby is horses - passionate and very keen horsewoman

Quiet and shy initially. Calm, quiet and friendly manner.
Understands English well, but needs to develop confidence speaking.
Considers herself organised, reliable and empathetic, and with a quiet sense of humour under the surface.
Knows herself to be reliable and hard-working.
Really enjoys working around horses.
FITNESS: Better than average fitness, experienced with day-to-day riding and stable duties.
Considers herself to have good workplace stamina., 156 & 52kg
DIET / MEDICAL: No medical conditions apart from peanut allergy, Peanut allergy.
