Henrik completed a 3.5 year work-study program training to be a precision tool mechanic.
His work and experience will:
during his work and study he was learning about CNC lathe and milling work, and the process of constructing injection moulding tools. He worked full-time for two years in a precision mechanic role making turned parts on a CNC lathe. He then moved to a different company for the last three years which was building and repairing recycling machines, visiting the sites of customers all over Europe.

One motivation is to develop his English, his second motivation is to add value to his employer and learn some new skills / experience sets, especially with animals.
Skills
Basic level horse rider. Can canter with loose reins if asked, but most of his time with or around horses is in support of his mother and sister who compete. He has restarted riding again now and is very keen to do as much as possible with horses.
His mum is a keen rider and keeps horses so he has experience of helping her in the stables with all day-to-day tasks, horse handling and low-level writing.
His mother and sister compete in jumping and dressage, so his role was always to be the groom, general supporter and stable hand. He is keen to learn more about working with horses.
Driving
Full driving licence for eight years. Confident driver in a range of vehicles, including John Deere tractors (with trailer), forklift and working at height platforms. Ticket for telescopic machines, forklift, and crane.
Cook / childcare
Can cook for himself and occasionally cooks for his family, which they are mostly happy with, he says.
Personal
Nonworking hobbies including hunting and shooting, firewood gathering from the forest, helping to build show jumping courses, gardening at home.
He is also a volunteer community fireman and get involved on the board of his local sports club.
OK-good English. Quite a heavy accent, but has a good understanding and vocabulary, so will improve fast with practice. Sociable and friendly. Likes to be busy, is punctual and well organised.
