Christian is from Southern Italy.
He has studied music to degree level in 3 areas; pop and Jazz studies for 3 years in Scotland, as a sound technician, and also for electronic music production. He has worked as a music teacher, as a sound engineer for musical performances (concerts etc) and also as an audio technician for conferences etc.
Has been involved with his family’s olive oil production, harvesting and pruning trees etc. Along the way he has completed a full season of wine harvest and production in Puglia, Southern Italy. This included tractor work, carting grapes, repair and maintenance work and some basic welding.
He has assisted with humanitarian tasks with the Scouts.
Formerly an athlete in the Italian National athletics team ( a runner), a qualified wind surf instructor, and enjoys various other sports and activities including volleyball and horse riding.
Full driving licence, 9 years. Capable on a dirt bike.
He speaks excellent English (from 3 years in Scotland).
Full driving licence, Practical and electrically minded. Used to physical work and also to working in heat, from home. Fit, strong, agile, 1m80, 80kg.

Childcare - She has worked part time in Childcare for the last 12 years, is confident with all parts of care, cook, school drop off, homework and other activities, supporting various families. She has completed work experience in primary schools, and has also led various work experience workshops in child centred creative learning methods.
Hospitality – She has worked in restaurants in a Pizzeria here in AUS, and back home in a restaurant / Agri tourism property, customer service and various animal related activities (feeding, cleaning etc for horses, cows and various small animals)
