Hooslay is a qualified engineer, with a 4y degree in electrical engineering and a 2y Masters in Power supply engineering, completed in 2021. Alongside her studies she has worked as an engineering dispatcher and as an electrical drawing engineer for the last 4 years.
While studying she worked as a Barista.
She comes from a nomadic herder family, her parents are herdsmen, and she has been brought up around 800 sheep, 150 goats, 50 horses and 29 cows. Plenty of experience of livestock handling in that traditional way. Very keen to learn more about Australian ways.
NB she can ride , but does not consider herself a good rider. But confident and used to being around animals.
No driving licence. Plans to learn and pass her test while here, so any opportunity to practice will be appreciated.
Can ride small farm bikes.
Good Home Cooking skills.
She has several hobbies; plays volleyball to national level, very fit and active, 1m68, 6okg
Also enjoys museums and art galleries. She is a competent office worker and good at organising people.
Keen on any type of farm work to learn new skills and more practical experience, and so enable her to stay in Australia for longer. Main aims are to improve English, learn new skills, and work with Australians and other Nationalities new to her.
Also very interested in Solar Power engineering.
