STORY SO FAR:
Fleur has a L4 qualification in 4 Nurturing IG and personal assistant for disabled care (5 years study).
She has worked p/t in stables, taking care of horses, cleaning, mucking etc and riding 5h/wk from 2010-18. Then p/t in hotel restaurants preparing meals, serving, 8h/wk from 2018-22, p/t elderly care in 2020-21 and disabled care and supervision 24h/wk for the last 2 years.
She loves her work with elderly people (also with dementia), and working with disabled people.
RELEVANT SKILLS:
Advanced horse rider. Always had riding lessons since she was 6 and have cared for horses since 12 yrs old. Can ride well at all speeds with another horse in tow. Jumps to 1m15 in competitions. Has owned a lease horse for several years. Fit, strong, capable of the physical work around stables and horses. 181cm & 70kg
Full driving licence, 2 years. A little quad bike use on holiday.
A sensitive, gentle and caring character. Fair-good English. Needs to build confidence but understands and speaks well enough.
Several other hobbies including photography, mountain bike, and cycling.
HOPING FOR: Really hopes to work with horses, and especially interested in polo horses, or show jumping.
