She has completed a L3 in Animal welfare and Science this year and is developing herself for an animal / livestock career.
Dad worked on a dairy farm where she helped as a child, milking and at calving time so gained some experience of basic tractor operation. Her Dad is now an AG contractor. Her mum runs a small yard with 3 horses and she has worked as a volunteer in a livery yard each summer from age 15-17 exercising other peoples horses. Some exp working with younger horses. Work experience at a vet's.
She started riding age 5. Intermediate horse rider. She has grown up with horses her whole life, used to ride and occasionally showing when she was little.
She has also volunteered and worked on an animal rehabilitation farm feeding and caring for goats, alpacas etc, working with a breeding programme, and also various human disability support activities using the animals; she loved the varied responsibility and multitasking in this role.
Her other work experience includes pub and waitress work, and for a pub chain restaurant, gradually building up from part time roles to full time work. Good at taking responsibility.
Full driving licence for 1 year.
Used to driving smaller tractors and quads on the dairy farm and at the rehabilitation centre. As a child she used to ride quad and mine bikes, also on the dairy farm.
Keen soccer player, otherwise loves riding, and enjoys being at work. Into kickboxing 2/wk.
Fit and used to working around animals and being on her feet. 1m67 & 63kg
