Nadja, 23, Female, Germany
Qualified apprentice vet assistant, competent intermediate horsewoman, keen for work with horses, hoping for some opportunity to work alongside vets, understand training better, and ride (western or other) if the opportunity arises.
Nadja is from Munich in Bavaria, Germany. She completed a vocational apprenticeship as a vet assistant for 3 years, which included a 3 week cattle training clinic. For the last year she has worked as a school teachers assistant, assisting with a child with downs syndrome, which she loved.
So far in AUS She has been working 3monthss at a large cattle station, (Kalyeeda Station) assisting with the mustering and general station duties. Photos below come from there.
HORSES: She has been riding since age 3, both at stables and at her own home, and taking lessons typically 1-2h per week. English, and had her own horse age 15-19. Intermediate horse rider. Has ridden in several riding schools and attained certain riding badges / certificates. Her father worked on a farm so she was able to help out there at that time, approx. age 12-17, with stable work and the horses, as well as other work with chickens, ducks, cats, dogs.
Full driving licence (4y). used to regular manual driving. Determined, thorough and committed character. Calm and responsible manner.
A talented painter, (modest but talented), enjoys reading, hiking, walking, animals and wildlife.. Used to living independently in her own apartment, happy to cook and look after children as part of her role.
Fit, active, Sometimes has to wear a mask in very dusty situations because of a childhood accident. Prefers oat milk, but can manage with either. 1.62 & 53kg
