Alice is from the French speaking part of Belgium.
She completed High school training as a chef. This was interrupted by COVID, but she has since worked full time in two restaurants full time, 1yr in Belgium as sous chef and 3 months as chef de partie in the Bread section at the ‘Oncone’ at the Crown Hotel in Sydney.
She has worked for 2 months on a QLD Brangus property for 2 months,
'At the farm I feed the cattle, horses and sheep and work with bobcat, trucks, quads, buggy, tractors, trailers, etc. I did some fencing and mustering as well'.
The job has ended due to a change of circumstances for the owners; she received positive comments about her work there.
She has ridden horses since age 8, riding often up until 2020, taking lessons, attending summer camps and various short course about different aspects of riding and horsework in all disciplines including polo. Considers herself an intermediate horse rider, and has taken part in some horse jumping and dressage competitions.
Full driving licence, 3yrs, basic exp on her brothers motorcross bike,
A calm, gentle, trustworthy and attentive character. Quietly spoken with good English. Averagely fit and active, used to working on her feet in busy demanding workplaces..
Enjoys gardening etc with her father. Hobbies are music, loves reading, enjoys animals (had lots of pets growing up)
